Shipping Policy: If your order is available, it will be processed by the next day and shipped within the next 2-3 business days. Business days are Monday thru Friday. Please allow extra time during the busy holiday season. Order early to ensure prompt delivery. You will receive shipping details via email as soon as your order is shipped. If your order is out of stock and we are able to fill your order within 10 days, we will process it the next business day. If we cannot process your order within 10 days, we will notify you immediately by email that we cannot process your order at this time. Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or USPS. When ordering, you must provide a physical address since UPS will not deliver to a PO Box. Extra fees will accure for any PO Box deliveries. Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your AnimalDecor.com purchase, you may exhange or return your product within 30 days of purchase. Please email us about the exchange or return at info@animaldecor.com. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We must receive the item before exchange or refund is issued. Please allow 2-3 business days after we receive your product to issue the refund.
